Patan High Court orders to release Balkrishna Khand on bail of 3 million

KATHMANDU, Dec 14: The Patan High Court has given an order to release former Home Minister and Nepali Congress leader Balkrishna Khand who is currently imprisoned in the Fake Bhutanese refugee case on bail. 

The order has been given to release Khand on bail of Rupees 3 million. The order was given by the bench of Patan High Court Judge Krishna Ram Koirala.
