Former VP Pun attends Maoist Center's CC meeting

Kathmandu, January 5 — Former Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun 'Pasang' has attended the Central Committee meeting of the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist Centre).

He has participated in the meeting, which began on Sunday in the capital, as he seeks to become more active in politics.

Pun was seen at the meeting alongside leaders like Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' and others.

After completing his term as Vice President, Pun has previously attended standing committee and other leadership meetings.

According to party leaders, efforts are being made to assign him a role in the Central Committee meeting.
