Rastriya Swatantra Party MP Toshima Karki Urges PM and Education Minister to Address Dr. Govinda KC's Demands

Kathmandu. Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) MP Dr. Toshima Karki has demanded that the demands of Dr. Govinda KC be addressed immediately. She also said that KC can give suggestions to the Prime Minister and the Education Minister regarding his demands. 

On Friday, Karki wrote on social media Facebook expressing surprise that Dr. KC had to resort to fasting. 'In past governments, you may have seen exploiters and rulers many times, but our current government is a servant government, a government of the people,' said MP Karki. 'It listens to the people, and it listens to selfless experts like you. Enough sir, please end your hunger strike. We will move forward in cooperation with you on your just demands to make medical education clean, effective, and people-oriented.' 

Dr. KC has been on a hunger strike in Dhangadhi since Thursday.
