Young Woman Found Dead in Kathmandu Guest House; Police Suspect Foul Play

Kathmandu. The body of a young woman has been found in a guest house at the new bus park in Kathmandu. 

The guest house operator informed the police on Sunday after a smell emanated from the room. A 25-year-old Nisha Sunuwar was found dead in the guest house, a police officer from the District Police Complex, Kathmandu, told Ratopati.

Sunuwar, a resident of Machhapokhari, was originally from Dhangadhi Municipality Ward No.-7 in Kailali. Police suspect Sunuwar was murdered. Her body has been kept at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital for post-mortem. The District Police Complex, Kathmandu, is investigating on suspicion of her murder.
