Man Dies After Being Swept Away by Roshi River in Kavre

Kathmandu. One person has died after being swept away by the Roshi river in Katunjebesi, Roshi Rural Municipality-7, Kavre. SP Rabin Karki of Kavre told Ratopati that 75-year-old Motiman Pakhrin died after being swept away while crossing the river. Local people informed the police after seeing Pakhrin being swept away by the Roshi while crossing the river on Monday afternoon. A team from the Area Police Office Mangaltar and Police Post Katunje recovered his body from the river and sent it to Dhulikhel for post-mortem.
