Nepal Life Insurance Announces 100% Late Fee Waiver for Silver Jubilee

Kathmandu. Nepal Life Insurance Company has unveiled a special discount scheme for policyholders to mark its 25th anniversary (Silver Jubilee). The company has announced a waiver of up to 100 percent on late fees for the revival of lapsed insurance policies.

Under the 'Special Insurance Revival Scheme 2082/083', policyholders can avail of this facility from Baisakh 7 to Jestha 5. The company stated that the scheme aims to bring customers who were unable to pay premiums due to current economic hardships back under the umbrella of financial security.

On this occasion, the company's Chief Executive Officer, Pravin Raman Parajuli, stated that this is the first time such a significant discount scheme has been introduced, keeping the interests of customers in mind. He urged policyholders to utilize this 30-day period to secure their future and that of their families.

Nepal Life, which holds approximately 30 percent of the country's market share, will provide this service through its branch network across all 77 districts and its more than 69,000 agents.
