Five found dead across Nepal

Kathmandu, January 1 — Five individuals have been found dead in various districts, including Kathmandu and Lalitpur.

In Kathmandu, 66-year-old Tilak Bahadur Shrestha from Dolakha was found dead at his under-construction house in Budhanilkantha Municipality-5, on Tuesday.

In Kailali, 46-year-old Manoj Bhatta from Godawari Municipality-2, was found dead at his home on Tuesday.

In Kaski, 62-year-old Govinda Damai from Pokhara Metropolitan-16, was found dead near a landslide-prone community forest area on Tuesday.

In Lalitpur, 18-year-old Simran Tharu from Bardiya, residing in Lalitpur Metropolitan-4, was found dead in her room on Tuesday.

In Parsa, an unidentified man, approximately 60 years old, was found dead near the 'friendship bridge' at the Nepal-India border in Birgunj Metropolitan-16 on Tuesday.

The police are conducting necessary investigations into these incidents.
