Content Creator Apurva Makhija Reveals Sufi Motivala Saved Her Life

Mumbai. Content creator Apurva Makhija alias 'The Rebel Kid' is currently in Netflix's reality show 'Lock Upp: Sach Ya Saza'.

After Apurva's entry into 'Lock Upp 2', the audience had expected her meeting with Sufi Motivala to be exciting.

There had been bitterness between the two content creators for a long time, but as soon as she entered the show, Apurva made a revelation that surprised everyone. Apurva said that even though the dispute with Sufi was out in the open, she was the one who supported her during the most difficult phase of her life.

According to Apurva, she was completely mentally disturbed after the 'India's Got Talent' controversy. She told Sufi, 'I missed you a lot. When someone asks me how I was your friend and says bad things about you, I always say the same thing, if Sufi had not been with me at that time, I might have taken my own life.'

Hearing Apurva's words, Sufi advised her not to say so. Sufi said that the friendship with Apurva was one of the best days of her life.

She admitted that it was because of Apurva that she first felt in Mumbai that she had a close friend and a strong social circle. She said that she also missed Apurva a lot after their friendship broke.

Apurva further explained that Sufi was the only friend during that difficult time who supported her unconditionally. She said, 'I could never have come out of that situation alone. You saved my life. If you had not been with me, I could not have survived the 'Talent' controversy.'

Earlier, Apurva and Sufi were seen together in Karan Johar's show 'The Traitors'. The relationship between the two had soured after that show.

Sufi had clarified in a long social media post that she had never used Apurva to gain popularity. She said that she decided to end the friendship because of the behavior she faced.
