Prachanda: Counter-revolutionary wind blowing against republic achievements

Kathmandu. Former Prime Minister and CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda has said that a counter-revolutionary wind is blowing against the achievements of the republic. Speaking at the 48th Pushpalal Memorial Day program organized by Pushpalal Shrestha Memorial Foundation at Champadevi on Thursday, Prachanda said that it should be taken as a resolution to launch a new campaign against the counter-revolution. "The counter-revolutionary wind that is blowing in the country. Which has attacked the achievements of the republic and the changes that have taken place according to Comrade Pushpalal's teachings. It is a day of resolution to launch a new campaign against it again," he said, "Pushpalal has worked hard in ideological construction. He has made a great contribution to building ideological weapons against feudalism and imperialism." He clarified that Pushpalal took on the arduous task of establishing the ideological and political foundation, realizing the need for a communist party in Nepal.
