Real Estate Transactions Generate Over NPR 11 Billion in Revenue in Ashad

According to the Department of Land Management and Records, which maintains the transaction details of the entire country, the highest revenue collection in the fiscal year 2082/83 also occurred in the month of Ashad. According to the details, revenue of NPR 6 billion 26 crore 38 lakh 29 thousand 873 was collected in the month of Baishakh. This is the second highest revenue collection of the said fiscal year. According to the department, revenue of NPR 3 billion 28 crore 91 lakh 38 thousand 242 was collected in Shrawan 2082. In Bhadra, it decreased slightly to NPR 3 billion 14 crore 7 lakh 16 thousand 335. Similarly, in Asoj and Kartik, only a small amount of revenue was received. In Mangsir, revenue of NPR 4 billion 84 crore 81 lakh 54 thousand 832 was collected, and in Poush, NPR 5 billion 17 crore 32 lakh 14 thousand 222 was collected. In Magh, NPR 5 billion 99 lakh 24 thousand 536 and in Falgun, NPR 4 billion 14 crore 95 lakh 48 thousand 932 were received from real estate transactions. Likewise, in Chaitra, NPR 6 billion 16 crore 57 lakh 50 thousand 117, in Baishakh, NPR 6 billion 26 crore 38 lakh 29 thousand 873, and in Jestha, NPR 5 billion 24 crore 42 lakh 51 thousand 101 were deposited in the government's account.
