Health of CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli Stable After Hospitalization

Kathmandu. The health condition of CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has been reported as normal.

Dr. Gopal Sedhain, spokesperson for the Tribhuvan University (TU) Teaching Hospital in Maharajgunj where he is admitted for treatment, provided information that his health condition remains normal. "His health was examined today. The results of the tests were found to be normal. Although his heart rate increased upon admission this morning, it is fine now. His kidneys are also fine," he stated.

Hospital spokesperson Dr. Sedhain further informed that Chairman Oli has gallstones, and he will be kept in the hospital for treatment today.

Chairman Oli was admitted to the Teaching Hospital for treatment after being arrested by the police today. The police stated that he was arrested in connection with the implementation of the recommendations made by the commission led by former Justice Gauribahadur Karki, which was formed to investigate the 'Genji' movement that took place on Bhadra 23 and 24.
