Province 4 CM says ending of political instability opens door for development

Besisahar – Province 4 chief minister Prithvi Subba Gurung has said political instability in the past had blocked the way for development. Now, such situation has been cleared off, opening a door to development.

In his address to a programme organised by an organisation of Gurung community, Tamuhyula Chhonjha Dhi, Lamjung chapter at his home district today, he said power which had been centered to the Singha Durbar was devolved to villages and the government could increase a pace for development by identifying needs of villages. He sought the assistance from the province and center governments to the local government to accelerate motion of development in villages. 

According to him, all the seven provinces and the center also have stable governments and time has for collectively contributing to the development of the nation. 

On the occasion, the Minister who represents the Gurung community was offered felicitations from various groups relating to the Gurung ethnicity. (Photo available)
