PM Oli meets with Lao PDR President in Tianjin

 

Tianjin (China), Sept 1: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, who is in Tianjin of China to attend the SCO Summit 2025, held a bilateral meeting with the President of the Lao People's Democratic Republic Thongloun Sisoulith this morning on the sidelines of the SCO Summit. During the meeting, issues of mutual interest were discussed. On the occasion, former Deputy Prime Minister and Member of the House of Representatives (HoR) Purna Bahadur Khadka, Minister for Education, Science and Technology Raghuji Panta, Prime Minister's Economic and Development Advisor Dr Yubaraj Khatiwada, Minister for Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation Badri Prasad Pandey, HoR Member Chhabilal Bishwakarma, Foreign Secretary Amrit Bahadur Rai and others were present. PM Oli and the heads of the participating countries and governments are scheduled to address the SCO Summit today at Tianjin Meijiang Convention Centre.
