Teriya Phounja Magar to make film debut
Kathmandu, March 12 — Teriya Phounja Magar, the winner of the Indian reality shows ‘Dance India Dance Lil Masters’ season 3 and ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’ season 9, is set to make her debut in film acting.
She has recently signed on for the lead role in the film 'Mitjyu,' directed by Anil Budha Magar.
Actor Dayahang Rai had previously been selected for the lead role in the film.
Teria has previously worked in Indian web series like 'Uni Ki Yaari' (2022) and 'Campus Beats' (2023).
The film will be produced under the banners of GM Movies Production and ABM Cine Production, with investment from Janak Gharti Magar.
Apart from Dayahang and Teriya, the rest of the cast will be finalized soon, according to the production unit.
The film is set to release on Chaitra 27, 2082 (April 10, 2026).
The screenplay for the film has been written by Mahesh Rai.
