Bam Dev Gautam to form new political party, to have 70 central committee members

KATHMANDU, June 28: Bam Dev Gautam, who has been organizing Communist Party of Nepal Unity National Campaign, has announced to form a new political party.

Gautam is scheduled to announce the conversion of the campaign into a new political party on Tuesday.

According to Nimkanta Pandey, chief of the publicity department, the party will have 70 central committee members.

“The party’s main objective will be to unify all the communist parties in the country,” he added.

The party is currently collecting documents and preparing for its registration at the Election Commission (EC).
