Kathmandu–The ruling Nepal Communist Party's secretariat meeting is underway at the Prime Minister's residence, Baluwatar.
The meeting is focused on completing backlog of party unification as well as performance of the government.
The meeting is also said to discuss the recent visit of Chinese President Xi Jinping and vacant position of the Speaker at the House of Representatives.
The party is hosting a tea reception on the occasion of different festivals this afternoon.
