Kathmandu–Nepali Congress (NC) President and former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has wished all Nepalis good health, happiness longevity, peace and prosperity personally and on behalf of the party, on the occasion of the Gaura festival.
In a message of best wishes today, the leader said the Nepali society is enriched with cultural and religious diversities which all Nepalis could take a pride in, adding that the festival which is specially celebrated in the Far-West State has inspired all to contribute to the protection of one's religion, culture, customs and traditions and become a milestone for consolidating social goodwill.
"May this festival bring peace, happiness and prosperity in every home, inspiring all to make efforts towards the promotion of social goodwill," he said.
