Govt against federal democratic republic, NC leader Poudel charges

Sindhuli–Nepali Congress senior leader Ram Chandra Poudel today viewed that the incumbent government has been imbalanced. He also accused the government of being against the federal democratic republic as he said it has failed to give right track to the country.

"The government's policies and programmes seem to be driven by an undemocratic mindset of the government. There is economic and political chaos everywhere," he said at a press conference organised here by the Sindhuli chapter of the Nepal Press Union.

In another context, leader Poudel informed that an awakening campaign has been launched in a bid to make reforms in the NC and drive the country on a right path.

Likewise, NC leader Ram Sharan Mahat described the government's policies and programmes as a publicity stunt, adding that the NC is discontent with the policies and programmes. ---
