ML boycotts voting process on amendment bill

Kathmandu - The CPN (ML) has boycotted voting process on the constitution amendment bill. 

The constitution amendment bill was tabled in the parliament meeting. Five lawmakers of the party boycotted the voting process soon after speaker Onsari Gharti announced the voting process.
