Nepali Congress Announces New Campaign on BP Koirala's 44th Memorial Day

Kathmandu. Nepali Congress has announced a new campaign. On the occasion of the 44th memorial day of BP Koirala, on Thursday, at the National Assembly Hall, Chairman Gagan Thapa announced this campaign called 'New Situation, New Resolve, New Campaign'.

It was stated that its objective will be Nepali Congress for National Cause. This campaign will be started on Bhadra 24 on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Vishweshwar Koirala, Thapa said.

The NC for NC campaign will work in 4 clusters, Chairman Thapa said. Among these four clusters, in the first, party members will have to pledge on subjects like blood donation, labor donation, Thapa said. Second, participate in personal assistance campaign, third, engage in citizen campaign, and fourth, engage in good governance campaign, said Chairman Thapa. Thapa said that this is voluntary and not mandatory for everyone.

Thapa said that the campaign is being started to keep the party alive and to restore public trust. He said that the common objective of the campaign is to work for the benefit of the citizens.

From today until Bhadra 24, everyone should think about the campaign they will participate in and operate, and on Bhadra 24, BP's birthday, they should pledge and announce, Thapa said.
