Mrs. Nepal World 2026 Officially Announced, Applications Open

Kathmandu. A beauty pageant focused on showcasing the capabilities and empowerment of married women, 'Mrs. Nepal World', has been officially announced for its new edition in 2026.

Organizer Ribbon Entertainment, at a press conference in Kathmandu, informed that applications for the competition are now open and the selection process will begin from Shrawan 23.

This competition, which has been continuously organized since 2014, has also included the 'Mrs. Cosmo' category as an international franchise from this year. This category has been added as the official Nepali franchise for Mrs. Cosmo Myanmar, the organizers stated.

According to Nishukant Jha, Chairman and Pageant Director of the organizing body Ribbon Entertainment, the first round of auditions will be held on Shrawan 23 at 12:30 PM at Arya International Hotel in New Baneshwor. The grand finale of the competition is scheduled for Kartik 14.

Married Nepali women between the ages of 21 and 50 can participate in the competition. There is no height or weight limit for participants. In this competition, divorced or single women, in addition to married women, will also be able to compete. Interested contestants can apply through the 'Khalti' app or the official website of Ribbon Entertainment.

Speaking at the event, National Director and Choreographer Ashwini Kant Jha said that women's dreams do not end after marriage and this platform will act as a bridge to give them a new identity. He also informed that the selected contestants will be provided special training by national and international trainers for 45 days.

At the event, Mrs. Nepal World 2025 winner Raksha Pant (IT Engineer) and Mrs. Nepal International 2025 winner Sanju Bhatta (Pathologist) shared their experiences, stating that this platform plays an important role in confidence and personality development. Selection processes will also be carried out in cities outside Kathmandu such as Pokhara, Itahari, and Biratnagar.

The main winner of the competition will get the 'Mrs. Nepal World' crown and the opportunity to represent Nepal at 'Mrs. World' in America. Similarly, other winners will compete on international platforms with the titles of 'Mrs. Nepal International' and 'Mrs. Nepal Cosmo'.
