Land Problem Resolution Committee Issues 35-Day Public Notice for Landless

Kathmandu. The Land Problem Resolution Committee under the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives, Federal Affairs and General Administration has issued a 35-day public notice for providing land to landless Dalits, landless squatters and unorganized residents. 

The committee has published this notice for the last time on Shrawan 4, calling on the target groups in the specified districts and local levels to apply. 

According to the notice, landless and unorganized residents in the specified local levels of various districts in Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini and Karnali provinces should submit their applications through the data collectors deployed in their respective wards. 

Interested applicants should fill out the form in the format prescribed by the government and contact the ward office of the local level within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice, according to the statement. 

Since this is the last chance for some local levels after the second notice for data collection, the committee has urged to complete the process in time.
