Kirtipur Holding Center Police Presence Amidst Flood Management Efforts

Kathmandu. There is a heavy presence of Nepal Police at the Kirtipur holding center at present. After floodwaters entered the holding center at night, the work of managing the goods is currently underway.

For that, personnel from the civil and armed police have also been deployed. Although it was said that the squatters would be taken to Kharipati in Bhaktapur, a decision has not been made yet. They have now been taken to the Smriti Bhawan in Kirtipur, near the holding center.
