Dr. Suresh Acharya Appointed Executive Director of Nepali Congress Policy Research Institute

Kathmandu. Dr. Suresh Acharya has been appointed to the post of Executive Director of the Central Policy, Research and Training Institute of the Nepali Congress. 

Nepali Congress Vice-President and Institute President Bishwa Prakash Sharma has appointed him to the post. 

Sharma has appointed Dr. Acharya to the post of Executive Director of the Institute, formed in accordance with Article 36 and Article 33 of Chapter 12 of the Nepali Congress Regulations 2076, as amended by the Nepali Congress Constitution 2017. This appointment of Dr. Acharya, a resident of Bhaktapur, will be effective from the upcoming Shrawan 1, 2083, in accordance with Article 36 (d) of the constitution. 

The newly appointed Dr. Acharya has long experience working in various fields. He is the former Deputy Chief of the Nepali Congress Publicity Department. Besides this, he has also efficiently fulfilled his responsibilities as the former Chief Information Commissioner of the National Information Commission and the former President of the Federation of Nepali Journalists.
