Social Media Influencer Apurva Makhija Faces New Controversy After Old Video Goes Viral

Mumbai. Social media influencer Apurva Makhija, who came into controversy through the show 'India's Got Talent', has once again got embroiled in a new controversy.

In fact, for the past few days, an old video of hers has been going viral again on social media. In that video, she said, 'I will not sleep with anyone for a 2 rupee roll, but if some Sheikh from Dubai throws 10-15 crore rupees on me, maybe I can think about it.'

After this video went viral, some trolls started offering her various rates on social media, due to which she became very angry. Apurva has filed a complaint with the company of a man who offered her 12,000 rupees in the same way. It is said that after this, the man had to apologize to Apurva.

Upon investigating the person named Prashant, who made objectionable comments and messages to Apurva, it was discovered that he works as a graphics designer at a production house called 'DNEG'. Apurva informed the company by mentioning it on social media. Then came the response from the production house that they strongly condemn such acts, but the young man had stopped working for their company since 2024.

While gathering more information, it came out that the person named Prashant is currently working at 'ILM VFX'. Then Apurva tagged this company and wrote, 'Your company's employee speaks obscenities about women, is this right?' However, no response has been received from this company so far.

Apurva Makhija has shared screenshots of the messages sent by that person in the story section of her official Instagram account. Before taking legal or practical steps, in the conversation between Apurva and that person, Apurva said, 'I will find out the people working with you and message them personally.'

Last year in February, complaints were filed against Apurva Makhija in various cities of India. In fact, on February 8, Apurva was a judge on the popular show 'India's Got Talent' aired on Times Raina. During that time, she had used some abusive words while scolding a contestant who was joking.

In the same episode, Ranveer Allahbadia had also made objectionable comments about parents, due to which complaints were filed against people associated with the show.

At that time, Apurva had left Mumbai due to rape and death threats. However, after the matter subsided, she has now returned to Mumbai and started working again.
