Israeli Forces Detain Dozens in West Bank Raids

Kathmandu. Israeli army on Saturday has raided Palestinian homes in various areas of the occupied West Bank and taken dozens of Palestinians into custody, it has been reported.

According to the Palestinian News Agency (Wafa), the Israeli army raided the village of Tal in Nablus province and took at least 30 Palestinians into custody, where four Palestinians were killed in an attack on Friday.

Wafa has reported that as Israeli military action continues in the affected village, other residents have also been questioned at the scene. In Jenin province, the Israeli army has reportedly increased searches and arrests in many cities and villages amidst heavy military deployment and ongoing military activity.

In a related development, the Israeli army has reported taking three Palestinians into custody in Bethlehem province. The latest arrests come amid ongoing Israeli operations in the occupied West Bank after four Palestinians were killed in an Israeli attack in the village of Tal on Friday.
