'Peddi' Film Earns Over 366 Crore in 9 Days, Becomes Highest Grossing South Indian Film of 2026

Mumbai. South Indian superstar Ram Charan's new film 'Peddi' is performing excellently at the box office. In just 9 days of its release, the film has become the highest-grossing South Indian film of 2026.

'Peddi' had its world premiere on June 3, 2026, and the film was released worldwide on June 4, 2026. The film, which has been earning aggressively in theaters since its release, has collected over 366 crore Indian rupees worldwide in 9 days.

The film, written and directed by Buchi Babu Sana, stars Ram Charan, Shiva Rajkumar, Janhvi Kapoor, Divyendu Sharma, and Jagapathi Babu in lead roles. The film has been produced by Venkat Satish Kilaru under the banner of 'Vriddhi Cinemas'.

The film, also co-produced by Mythri Movie Makers and IVY Entertainment, was released in India by Jio Studios, which has previously distributed successful films like 'Dhurandhar', 'Dhurandhar The Revenge', and 'Raja Shivaji'.
