Police Arrest 15 Individuals with Drugs Across Various Locations

Kathmandu. A police team on regular patrol has arrested 15 people with drugs from various places in the country.

According to the Central Police News Room, Vishal Bhandari of Charikot Municipality-6, Dolakha, was arrested from Bhatke Pati of Bhaktapur Municipality-10 with 15 tablets that can only be purchased with a doctor's prescription.

Similarly, a teenager from Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City-3 was arrested with brown heroin from the Mohana River bank in Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City-3, Kailali; two people with brown heroin from Kunda Chowk in Raptisonari Rural Municipality-6, Banke; one from Bus Chowk in Inaruwa Municipality-4, Sunsari; and one person with the same drug and cash Rs 47,500 from Paterwa in Itahari Sub-Metropolitan City-18.

Similarly, one person was arrested from Bhokrahanarsingh Rural Municipality-6, two people from Dharan Sub-Metropolitan City-17, one from Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan City-17 Dudhras, Dang, two from Birendranagar Municipality-2, Surkhet, and three people from Belauri Municipality-8 Pachui, Kanchanpur. It is informed that brown heroin was recovered from all the accused and they were arrested on Wednesday and Thursday.
