Rastriya Swatantra Party Expels Bara Leader Chandan Swarnakar

Bara. Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has expelled Bara leader Chandan Swarnakar (Sharaf) from the party, removing even his basic membership. The decision to revoke Swarnakar's membership was made at a central committee meeting held on Baisakh 30, based on the recommendation of the party's central disciplinary commission. The official information about this decision was conveyed through a letter sent by Shankar Shrestha, secretary of the central office organization department, on Jestha 6.

Expressing strong objection to the party's move, Swarnakar vented his anger on social media. Claiming he was removed unjustly, he termed it a 'political murder'.

Swarnakar alleged that a conspiracy was hatched against him just before the extended meeting and convention of Bara district scheduled for Jestha 9. He stated that the center expelled him without any impartial investigation, completely disregarding facts and evidence. He also claimed that the decision was made under pressure from 'honorable members' who feared that honest party members would re-elect him as district chairman in the convention.

Swarnakar mentioned that although his name has been removed from RSP's technical records, it cannot be removed from the hearts of the proud people of Mahagadhimai and Bara. Warning that the true workers of Bara will give an appropriate response to RSP's decision and the upcoming extended meeting, he said, 'My political journey has not ended with the RSP logo; rather, I will move forward independently and stronger for the service of Mahagadhimai's soil and its people.'

Stating that the people of Mahagadhimai will decide his political future in the upcoming local elections, he expressed gratitude to all the general public who supported him in his fight for justice.
