Rastriya Swatantra Party Begins Second Phase of Training for Representatives

Kathmandu. Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) is to provide second phase of training to its representatives from today. The training has been organized with the objective of making the budget session more effective, informed Deputy General Secretary Bipin Kumar Acharya.

According to Acharya, the training program has been organized at RSP's parliamentary party office in Singha Durbar today and tomorrow. Earlier, on Chaitra 3 and 4, RSP had organized a residential training program for representatives in Gwarko, Lalitpur. At that time, subject matter experts along with the party's top leaders had provided training. Senior leader Balen Shah was criticized for not being present.

In the elections held last February, RSP had won 182 seats. RSP believes that such training will be effective as most of the representatives are not political, constitutional, and legal experts.
