Israeli Airstrikes in Southern Lebanon Kill Six, Injure 34, Says Health Ministry

Kathmandu. Lebanon's Ministry of Public Health announced on Wednesday that six people were killed and 34 injured due to Israeli airstrikes targeting various areas in southern Lebanon.

The ministry stated that 24 people were injured in an airstrike targeting Al-Kalam in the city of Tyre. The statement mentioned that two people died and four others were injured in an airstrike on a residential apartment in the south of the country.

It was reported that four people were killed and one other injured in an Israeli airstrike in the Sidon district of Adloun. Five people were injured in another attack targeting the city of Al-Klaikha in the Tyre district.

These airstrikes occurred amidst ongoing tensions in the southern region, with warnings that the humanitarian and security situation is deteriorating.
