House of Representatives Meeting Scheduled for Today with 12 Agendas

Kathmandu. The meeting of the Federal Parliament House of Representatives is scheduled to be held today. The meeting, which will be held at 11 am, has 12 agendas set.

The agenda includes discussion and decision on various bills of economic and legal importance. At the beginning of the meeting, the letter regarding the certification of bills received from the Office of the President will be read out in the assembly. After that, on behalf of the Prime Minister, Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation Mahabir Pun will present the annual report of the Auditor General for the year 2083. The agenda includes presenting the report.

Similarly, the agenda includes seeking permission to present the Public Procurement (Second Amendment) Bill, 2083, the Prevention of Money Laundering (Third Amendment) Bill, 2083, the Cooperatives (First Amendment) Bill, 2083, and the Bill to Amend Some Nepal Acts related to Health Sciences Institutions, 2083 in the assembly, and presenting the bills.

In the meeting, amendments received on the Economic Bill, 2083 will be discussed and decided upon. Also, the agenda includes presenting the amendments to the Loan Raising Bill, 2083 for decision and Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle will present the proposal to pass the said bill.

In addition, a condolence motion will be presented expressing condolences on the demise of former member of the House of Representatives Rajendra Kharel.
