Twenty Nepalis Stranded in Cambodia Rescued by Thai Embassy

Kathmandu. Twenty Nepalis stranded in Cambodia have been rescued. The Nepali Embassy in Thailand announced that it rescued them after they reached Cambodia for various reasons.

According to a statement issued by the embassy on Thursday, those rescued were involved in online scam centers, online fraud casinos, and various other illegal activities, and were staying without visas.

They were rescued through the initiative of the embassy and the cooperation of the Cambodian government. It was reported that the rescued individuals were sent to Kathmandu on Wednesday with the urbanization efforts of the Non-Resident Nepali Association, Cambodia.
