Suspicious Object Disposed of on Road Leading to Chaudhariya Village in Banke

Kathmandu. A suspicious object found on the road leading to Chaudhariya village in Kohalpur Municipality-4, Banke, has been disposed of.

Banke SP Angur GC told Ratopati that the suspicious object was found six kilometers inside from the main road last night and was neutralized by the army's bomb disposal team.

The group intending to disrupt the election had placed a cooker containing other materials wrapped in plastic on the canal bridge. SP GC informed that voting began peacefully in 139 polling stations across three constituencies in Banke on Thursday.
