Rastriya Swatantra Party Candidate's Candidacy Rejected in Dhanusha Constituency

Kathmandu. The candidacy of Kishori Sah Kamal, who was a candidate for the House of Representatives from the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has been canceled. According to Ram Prasad Bhandari, acting chief of the Election Commission, the candidacy of Sah, a candidate from Dhanusha Constituency No. 1, has been rejected.

The candidacy was canceled after evidence emerged that the individual was blacklisted by banks and financial institutions. Candidates in this constituency include Ramchandra Mandal from CPN-UML, Ram Palatan Sah from Nepali Congress, and Matrika Prasad Yadav from CPN (Maoist Center). Elections are scheduled for Thursday.
