Nabil Bank Launches Modern Digital Lounge in Kathmandu

Kathmandu. Nabil Bank has launched a modern digital lounge service at Nabil House in Kamaladi. The bank stated that the service was initiated with the objective of providing convenient, swift, and technology-friendly banking services to its customers.

The bank's Chairman Nirvan Kumar Chaudhary and Director Sarita Bhatta Adhikari jointly inaugurated the digital lounge at a program organized today. Present at the program were bank directors Pravin Tibrewala, Anil Kesari Shah, Chief Executive Officer Manoj Kumar Gyawali, Deputy Chief Executive Officers Bhupendra Pandey and Adarsha Bajgai, Deputy General Managers Ganesh Prasad Awasthi and Gyanendra Pratap Shah, among other senior bank officials.

 Inaugurating the digital lounge, Chairman Chaudhary stated that customers can now easily conduct banking transactions digitally 24 hours a day. He mentioned that Nabil Bank has always excelled in innovation and digitalization.

In the digital lounge, customers can withdraw cash via ATM, deposit cash using the cash deposit machine, and digitally deposit checks through the kiosk machine. The bank's Chief Executive Officer Gyawali expressed confidence that providing multi-purpose digital services at a single location will save customers' time and make service delivery more effective.

Nabil Bank's digital lounges of a similar nature have already been operational at the Central Office and in Itahari.
