Two Arrested in Maharajgunj with Foreign Currency

Security forces have arrested two individuals in the Maharajgunj area of Kathmandu. They were found in possession of foreign currency and various mobile phones. The security team recovered these items from them.

Escaped Prisoners Recaptured in Dhading

In a separate event, the security forces have also taken back control of 43 prisoners. These inmates had escaped from the Gajuri prison located in Dhading.

Recovery of Looted Weapons

Additionally, the security forces have successfully recovered 135 firearms. These weapons were looted from police offices in the Kathmandu Valley during the recent Jana Jiwan (People's Life) protests.
