To control the situation, police are continuously firing tear gas and have also used live ammunition. The protesters are demonstrating in a restricted area near the parliament. In response, the demonstrators have set tires on fire on the roads of Baneshwor. They are also chanting loud slogans directly against Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.
