"Aama" Song from "Real Ringet" Depicts Migrant Workers' Struggles
Kathmandu – The upcoming Nepali film "Real Ringet", set for nationwide release from Saun 16, has unveiled its emotionally charged song "Aama" (Mother). The poignant track captures the physical and emotional anguish faced by Nepali youth working abroad, with singer Ramchandra Kafle delivering powerful vocals to Amar Neupane's lyrics. Kafle also composed the music for this heart-wrenching tribute to migrant laborers.
Star-Studded Cast and Crew
The film features an ensemble cast including Pramod Chaulagain, Nita Dhungana, Chhulthim Dolma Gurung, Rabindra Khadka, Dhruva Koirala, and others. Directed by Roshan Shrestha with cinematography by Hari Ghale, the project boasts a creative team including writer Pradeep Bhardwaj, editor Bipin Mall, and choreographer Rajiv Samar. The musical score comes from Kiran Tuladhar and Chandan Dhwaj Kesi, alongside Kafle's contributions.

Through its soulful melody and evocative visuals, "Aama" amplifies the untold hardships of Nepal's overseas workforce. The song's release has already sparked conversations about labor migration's human cost ahead of the film's premiere.
