Kathmandu – A tragic scooter accident in Kamaladi on Thursday morning claimed the life of 25-year-old Samiksha Rijal from Udaypur’s Triyuga Municipality-13. According to SP Deepak Giri of the Valley Traffic Police Office, the incident occurred near Pragya Bhawan around 2:30 AM when Rijal lost control of her scooter (Ba.
