Bhattarai, Gautam discuss alternative politics
Kathmandu, December 31 — RSP lawmaker Sobita Gautam held a meeting with Former Prime Minister and coordinator of Nepal Samajwadi Party (Naya Shakti) Baburam Bhattarai on Monday at latter's residence.
During the meeting, discussions were held on various topics, including the country's economic and political situation, as well as alternative politics.
Gautam, along with young entrepreneur Grihendra Ghimire, visited Bhattarai’s residence for the meeting.
Bhattarai later shared details on social media, stating, "Had a fruitful discussion with RSP young lawmaker Sobita Gautam and entrepreneur Grihendra Ghimire on the country’s economic-political scenario, the importance of alternative politics, and other various subjects."
Bhattarai has consistently advocated for alternative politics, and RSP was founded with the goal of becoming an alternative political force.
Recently, RSP President Rabi Lamichhane has been involved in a legal case related to a cooperative issue, which was also reportedly discussed during the meeting.
