NPL: Lumbini Lions defeats Chitwan Rhinos by 33 runs

Kirtipur, December 10 — In the 16th match of the Nepal Premier League held at Kirtipur Stadium, Lumbini Lions defeats Chitwan Rhinos by 35 runs. 

Lumbini Lions posted a solid total of 167 at the loss of 6 wickets in their allotted 20 overs.

Rohit Paudel played a key role with a brilliant 80 off 57 balls, while Saad Bin Zafar contributed 52 runs off 35 balls.

Chitwan Rhinos, chasing a target of 168, made 134 at the loss of 8 wickets in 20 overs.

Luc Benkenstein made 31 off 29 balls, Kushal Malla made 20 off 17, and nar Sarki made 22 off 12 balls in late cameo.

For Lumbini Lions, Rohit Paudel took 4 wickets and Ramon Simmonds took 2 wickets.
