Arrest warrant issued against Durga Prasain

Kathmandu, September 18 —  Arrest warrants have been issued against three individuals, including medical professional Durga Prasain.

The District Court of Kathmandu granted police permission to arrest Prasain on Wednesday.

The police's Cyber Bureau had requested this permission for his arrest.

In accordance with the Bureau's request, the court also issued arrest warrants against Jiban Pandey from Badigad rural municipality in Baglung and Prakash Chandra Dahal from Nilakantha municipality in Dhading.

They are being sought for action under the Electronic Transactions Act.
