Kathmandu likely to witness rainfall this afternoon
KATHMANDU: The Weather Forecasting Division of the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has predicted rainfall in different parts of the country, including the Kathmandu Valley, today. This is attributed to the influence of the western low-pressure system and a low-pressure system around Bihar state.
