Kathmandu - Physical Infrastructure Development Minister at Bagmati State, Rameshwar Phunyal has urged one and all to inform the Ministry if Tuin (rope bridge) was yet to be replaced by suspension or any kind of bridges. Talking to RSS today, Minister Phunyal shared that the Ministry immediately proceed to replace the 'tuin' if demanded by locals from dense settlement.

He said that the Ministry makes coordination with three-levels of government to this end. On another note, the State Minister argued to preserve Rajkulo traditional canal for irrigation as such bids were underway at different 23 places in the State.

The 'rajkulo' was developed during the Lichchhavi era for the facility of irrigation; therefore, it has a historical importance of preservation along with the irrigation, he argued. Similarly, he committed to replace oil consuming vehicles by e-vehicles by 2028.
