State effortful to bring children in school: CM Poudel

Hetauda– Chief Minister at State 3, Dormani Poudel, has said thousands of children were out of school and they were forced to child labour in risky condition.

Giving a message of best wishes on the occasion of the National Children's Day today, CM Poudel informed that the State was bringing concrete plan and programmes to end the child labour.

"All sides should be aware for the holistic development of children by ending all kinds of violence, exploitation and ill treatment to them," he underscored.

The civil society, political parties and organizations had equal role to ensure child rights by enrolling the children in schools. Various measures as midday meal and free education could be adopted to ensure children's right to education, he stressed.
