Cabinet decision: Dhruba Acharya appointed as Vice-Chair of National Sports Council

Kathmandu, January 1 — The government has appointed Dhruba Acharya as the Vice-Chairman of the National Sports Council (NSC).

In Tuesday's Cabinet meeting, Acharya was appointed as the Vice-Chairman of NSC.

Acharya, from Rupandehi, is the chairman of the Madan Bhandari Sports Academy, which is affiliated with the ruling CPN UML party.
