Writ against Sandeep Lamichhane scheduled for hearing today adjourned

KATHMANDU, Oct 12: The writ registered against cricketer Sandeep Lamichhane that was scheduled for a hearing on Thursday, today, has been put on the adjourned list due to a lack of Judges.

According to Deepak Dahal, Information Officer of Kathmandu District Court, the hearing is managed through a lottery system and because no judge drew the lot of the case, the case has been put on the list of adjourned cases.

The rape case against Sandeep Lamichhane which was registered in the Kathmandu District Court on the 31st of October 2022, has already been scheduled for hearing 30 times, including today.
