Resident doctors applying for passports today with their demands unheard

KATHMANDU, Sep 29: The resident doctors who have been on a protest for five days are going to apply for passports collectively today. All the resident doctors are going to apply for passports saying their demands have not been met even after five days of their protests, informed the Chairperson of the Bir Hospital’s Resident Association Dr. Shesh Ghimire. The doctors started their protests against the serialized assaults on doctors and vandalism of health institutions.

Ghimire said that more than 1,000 teachers are going to apply for passports on Friday. He also said that the resident doctors of the country will continue their protests until their demands are addressed.
