Prachanda wishes to build Agricultural Technical Park in Gorkha

GORKHA, Sep 9: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has said that he has a wish to develop an Agricultural Technical Park in Gorkha.

During an interaction programme with the local government representatives, politicians and citizens at Bachchek of Ajirkot Rural Municipality in Gorkha on Saturday, the PM shared that the Chinese government has proposed the development of such a park adding that he wished to establish the park in Gorkha district. 

"In the upcoming China visit, the issue of Nepal's agriculture sector development is also on the list. The Chinese government has proposed the development of the Agricultural Technical Park. This is not my decision where to build the park but I have a wish to develop the park in Gorkha itself," the PM shared his views.  

The PM was of the view that the agricultural park would be focused on the modernization of agriculture, increased production, animal husbandry and industry.
